Mr. Atkinson
Director
Wes Atkinson grew up in Tulsa. He has a passion
for music and a desire to see his students grow
in their abilities and learn to express themselves
through playing. He has taught orchestra and
band in public and private schools for ten years.
Mr Atkinson has played the string bass and bass
guitar in classical ensembles, jazz combos,
musicals, and rock bands in the Tulsa area for
fifteen years and continues to perform whenever he gets a chance. He lives in Tulsa with his wife and three daughters.
